Small business is an important area of the modern market economy. As the world experience shows, the development of small and medium-sized business is the key to solving the most important socio-economic problems, their development influences the acceleration of scientific and technical progress, the saturation of the market with goods of the required quality means the rapid creation of new jobs. Over the past 15-20 years, in many countries, the formation of, and in the industrialized countries, the rapid development of small businesses. This is manifested, first of all, in the transition from mass, uniform production with giant industrial complexes to small industrial structures, to an increase in diversity, to flexible consideration of consumers' wishes for products and services.
