The role of a court in securing the rights of criminal trial participants in judicial pleadings

Analysing the current legislation and judicial practice, the authors come to the conclusion that the role of the court in judicial pleadings should be reinforced in order to provide necessary conditions for execution of procedural duties and rights by participants of a criminal trial. The authors pay attention to the measures that must be taken by a court in order to avoid miscarriage of justice. The article proves the necessity of using the program complexes guaranteeing complete and exact recording of court sessions in audio or video formats with saving the information on electronic devices.
