The article is devoted to the historical experience of the procedural execution of court decisions, aimed at combating crime. An increased power of the monarch, the complexity of social relations, and enslavement of peasants led to an increase in crime. Court proceedings and their documentary processing have acquired particular importance. This contributed to the emergence of a variety of law-establishing and law-enforcement documents. Through legal proceedings, state bodies defended the interests of the propertied categories of the population. The article discusses the process of documenting court decisions in the struggle of the authorities with crime. The authors show peculiarities of drawing up of judicial certificates within the framework of two forms of legal process; describe the legal basis of a variety of substantive and procedural rights for different legal entities by judicial charters. This issue has not lost its relevance today. The article is of interest to historians of law, lawyers, teachers and students.
