The role of TNCs in international business

This article examines the role of multinational companies (TNCs) in international business. The authors trace a long path of development: from ancient times to the present, emphasis is placed on the basic principle of the origin of TNCs. The article provides definitions of national commodity TNCs, as well as varieties of the system organization of TNC production. In conclusion, the article concludes about the development of TNCs as one of the ways to raise the underdeveloped economies of developing countries.
