The role of property complex management in creating the capital value of an organization

The issues of company cost management increasingly require the attention of commercial organizations in order to search for reserves to increase the profitability of their activities, to organize a sustainable business in a highly competitive environment. The article reveals the directions of research into the development of the organization’s activities due to internal factors, one of which is the effective use of the property complex. The methods and techniques for assessing the value of the property complex are determined, the dynamics of changes in the value of property, the composition and structure, the mobility of assets, which is necessary for the process of making managerial decisions, is analyzed. The process of managing an enterprise as a property complex, which determines the conditions for the successful functioning of activities, the creation of additional value to ensure the stability of the financial position of the enterprise in the interests of the owners, has been studied. The methodological approaches to regulation of current and non-current assets at the expense of own and borrowed capital have been studied. The priorities of increasing equity as part of the sources of financing the economic activity of the enterprise, primarily by maximizing the profit received by the organization, are determined. The availability of comprehensive information about the value and condition of the property complex, their importance in business organization, contributes to increasing the liquidity of the balance sheet, making transactions related to the receipt and disposal of property in order to obtain the maximum effect.
