The role of cost management in the effective operation of processes in an industrial plant

In difficult times for modern Russian production, the economic situation in organizations and industrial enterprises of the country has sharply aggravated. In this connection, managers are looking for different ways to optimize their costs, many of which are painful for the whole team and for the individual employee. The article proposes another solution, the introduction of the enterprise quality cost management system. Such a system will not only reduce costs, but also direct them in the right direction. The article deals with an experiment to study the cost of quality, conducted at one of the industrial enterprises of Kamyshin. As a result, which were considered the study of the effectiveness and efficiency of processes operating in the enterprise. Information on the indicators of the company’s processes enables managers to successfully solve issues on the most optimal allocation of costs within each process. This will increase the efficiency of the quality management system in the whole enterprise.
