The role of the library’s virtual space in creating an inclusive environment

In modern library services, the main focus of specialists' attention is aimed at working with "live users", while virtual ones, with whom communication takes place via the Network, are not given much attention. However, virtual users may include people with disabilities for whom virtual content is most accessible. The article analyzes the products and services of federal and municipal library institutions available for remote access.
