Role of the Golden horde in formation of the ethnocultural map of the Southern Ural

In this article the author analyzes an ethnocultural situation in Southern Urals steppes after the Mongols gain on the basis of the analysis of a funeral ceremony of the nomad burials in the South Ural steppe in XIII-XIV centuries. The analysis of the types of burial inventory led to the conclusions about multiplicity and multiethnic composition of the nomadic population, about the intensive unifying processes in the Golden Horde and the start of the Islamisation in the South Ural steppe.
