Russia and China: technology partnership

Technological cooperation is becoming increasingly important in the bilateral relations between Russia and China - this is the most promising area of partnership for the two countries. This article examines the main points of cooperation between Russia and China, the author concludes that Chinese high-tech enterprises are gradually including Russia in the digital Pax Sinica, preparing the Russian society for this.
