Russia between the Past and the Future: Experience Problem Theory Analysis of Fragments of Transitional State of Legal Education and Science

The urgent task of domestic jurisprudence at the present stage of its development is the need for a comprehensive study of the transitional state of legal education and science of our country. The article considers the modern context in which Russian jurisprudence and the educational process in the law schools of our country evolves, identifies some problems and possible ways of their solution. Thus, the entire Russian high school suffers for decades from excessive bureaucratization of the educational process. Domestic legal theorists have not yet managed to get rid of the domination of the reference approach, arbitrary abstract models, which have nothing to do with the Russian civilization specificity. The way out of such a difficult situation, in which scientists‐lawyers and teachers of higher school appeared, is seen in activation of interdisciplinary cooperation with the domestic political science, presented in this article by the work of A.S. Panarin, and de‐bureaucratization of the educational process.
