Thirty years have passed since the collapse of the USSR in December 1991 and the subsequent formation of new independent states in the post-Soviet territory, which united in the same year into the Commonwealth of Independent States. In fact, these events demonstrated a vivid example of transformation - reintegration and integration that occurred in a short period. Some of the post-Soviet states were able to find new formats of unification and cooperation related not only to the common past, but also to the implementation of projects that have already arisen within the CIS. Of course, the core of the organization is the Russian Federation, and its relations with partners in the Commonwealth are simple, which causes a lot of questions and discussions in public circles. But recently there has been a clear trend that these relations should now be built on the basis of truly mutually beneficial cooperation and interaction between countries.
