The Russian concept of relations with Germany

The article analyzes the dynamics of the evolution of Russian foreign policy approaches to relations with Germany regarding its incorporation to the key institutions of Euro-Atlantic security system - the European Union and NATO. The author shows the basic principles and objectives guiding a German direction of Russian foreign policy. There is a lack of fundamental differences in the approaches of Russian foreign policy to cooperation with the European Union on the one hand, and Germany on the other.
