Sanctions against Russia have significantly affected the functioning of the country's logistics system, creating a number of problems for business. The study examines the impact of sanctions on the infrastructure of logistics routes, the level of availability of transport services, as well as the quality and cost of services. The authors consider issues related to finding alternative ways to deliver goods to Russia in the context of the difficulties caused by the imposition of sanctions. A detailed review of new logistics routes built in collaboration with friendly countries that can be used to transport goods is given, their advantages and disadvantages are identified. The routes through the Far East, the Northern Sea Route, the International Transport Corridor "North-South", the "Turkish" route and inland waterways are considered in detail. The most promising directions for the development of logistics infrastructure, including the use of inland waterways and railway corridors, are proposed. The need for research and development of new transport routes as alternatives to existing routes was emphasized. Discussing the problems that logistics companies most often face, the authors offer specific solutions to overcome them, taking into account the prevailing conditions for reducing freight volumes, reducing investment and deteriorating service quality. The results of research may be useful to logistics managers and executives of companies operating under or preparing for sanctions, as well as economists and political scientists interested in the topic of sanctions and their economic consequences.
