Russian political elite in the context of modern political development

The article deals with issues of the new political elite formation. The current stage of development is essential for Russia’s stability and prospects, thus, it requires trained professionals of high moral standards as personnel of the new political elite. In this regard there should be implemented modern technologies interconnecting the society and the authority, specifically, the crowd sourcing, which widely involves active citizens and public associations in processes of discussing and making political decisions.
