The Russian banking

The research object of this work is banking. It examines the impact of fiduciary credit in the economy as a whole. In addition, the article focuses on the business cycle focus on the causes of cyclicality. It is based on the theory of money school described in the works of Gottfried von Haberler and Ludwig von Mises and later developed by Friedrich von Hayek. The aim of this work is to determine the most optimal development of the financial system, able to cope with the modern problem of the economic cycle and to ensure the development in the long term.
