The Russian segment of the European market of securities: issues, management

The article describes the condition and degree of State regulation of the European securities market, as well as the integration of Russia into the Eurobond market. Focus on low level of adjustability and of European securities market shows the role of Association of international stock markets (ISMA). An analysis of the Russian Eurobond market segment, identify difficulties and problems faced by Russian issuers of European securities. The year 2016 summed up the Russian market of European securities and shows the need for its expansion.
