Russian-Ukrainian relations in the framework of the values reshaped by the globalized community

The paper presented a description of the current standing of the globalizing world community assumed to settle on the shared scale of values. The study examined the changes in the scale of values Ukraine has undergone, taking for instance the Russian-Ukrainian relations. The paper revealed discrepancy in the values NATO declared with their factual actions aimed at inciting the Ukrainian conflict, and inferred that stabilizing the Russian-Ukrainian relations in prospect would depend on commitments the both countries could make to mutual understanding and bilateral cooperation on the shared value basis.
