He article discusses the relationship between the peasantry and landowners Simbirsk and Penza provinces during the first Russian revolution. The question of the presence or absence of a direct link between the activities of political organizations and agrarian peasant movement on the territory of Saransk, Insar and Ardatovsky districts. It is stated that for the summer splash antipolice movement in the territory of the Mordovian region have no direct relationship to either the presence of the district the socialist-revolutionary party organizations, nor the distribution of illegal printed materials, which are virtually absent in the territory of the considered counties. It is noted the isolation of the specific activities of opposition political parties from the real peasant movement directed against the landowners. Examples of different methods of encroachment on private landed property from the peasantry in the summer of 1906, emphasizes this kind antipolice struggle as arsons of property and estates. The data presented, however, clearly describe the scope editpolicies struggle, her stubborn nature, and explains the legitimate concerns of owners for the safety of your property and life. Also provides data demonstrating the political and economic mechanisms of struggle of the authorities with the agrarian-peasant movement of the summer of 1906.
