Russian legislation of the end of the XIXth - beginning of the XXth centuries fighting against contraband

In article the analysis of standard documents concerning contraband of the end of the ХIХ-th - beginning of the XX-th centuries is introduced. The definition of the concept "contraband" is given; responsibility under each regulatory legal act of the investigated historical period is underlined.
