The results summed up the plant introduction for genera Doronicum L. in Polar-Alpine Botanical Garden -Institute over more than 70 years period are presented. The success appreciation in the genera Doronicum 150 samples of 17 species introduction in terms of ecologo-geographical analysis, and genera complex analysis, and introduced plants concurrent phenological growth, and development rhythms is carried out. It is found out that to construct the introduction prognosis one can use the various approaches in plants state and assessment. The joint use of some methods improves prognosis to be it more explicit and confident. Introduced genera Doronicum plants have the various adaptation levels to Kola North environment. The species which were grown up of wild plant seeds vegetated under subalpine-to-alpine belts in the centre of their native habitat were the most adapted to new habitat. The species have confident correlations between onset one and follow development stages and run the whole vegetation term within 110 days. On the base of the phenological phases dynamics prognosis method it is possible to create the resistant and every year inflorescent expositions showing uninterrupted inflorescence throughout all over the brief northern summer.
