The growth of influence of ordinary consciousness on the political behavior of the Russians

The article considers the socio-cultural analysis of the power phenomenon in the context of time modalities that are a measure of public consciousness. The interaction of power and society is considered in the context of the hierarchy of forms of social consciousness. The authors note the growing role of ordinary consciousness in modern Russia. This provides a flexible adaptation to the circumstances of life, but significantly reduces the rationality of political behavior.
