At present, network structures continue to actively develop in regional consumer markets, there is active competition between networks of various directions in various industries. Due to the recent changes in political and economic life in the world, retail chains have to adapt to these changes. This is especially true of changes in the structure of enterprises, ways of interacting with authorities at the regional level, changing existing and creating new logistics chains, import substitution, digital transformations and other aspects of retail trade. The publication discusses the management of network structures in regional consumer markets, describes the regional features of the activities of network structures taking into account changes in the business environment, and provides recommendations on the interaction of regional executive authorities with retail chains.
