The rubikon of valuation activities

The article deals with topical issues of valuation activities: the negative attitude of the society and the state to the activities of appraisers, information pressure on them and the possibility of introducing criminal liability. The author describes the main scenarios of the industry and it is concluded that the professional appraisal community faces a choice: either it will be able to consolidate themselves and get out of the crisis or him in this «help», and then it will implement one of the negative scenarios.
