"Russian issue" and geopolitical dimensions of Vladimir Lamanskiy

Within the context of the geopolitical concept of Russian Slavicist Vladimir Lamanskiy «Rusyn issue» is a part of the Eastern Question as a question about the importance of understanding the cultural and historical boundaries between the world of Romano-Germanic Europe and Russia as a main representative of the Greek-Slavic world.
