The article investigates the practice of creating the word of the head of the Altai Mission Archimandrite Makary as a component of linguistic practices of the Altai Mission of the XIX century, which includes: a) accentuation of the grammatical predicate as the basis of a logical proposition, reflecting the presence-position of the "thinking spirit" in the statement. b) binary determinacy, or binary derivation; c) strengthening the semantics of negation as the basis for constructing the concept of negation as knowledge of another being. In order to expand the idea of the conceptual environment in which the philosophy of the word of the head of the Altai mission was formed and the understanding of the tasks of enlightenment in the Russian society of the XIX century, the views of the religious philosopher, literary critic, one of the main theorists of Slavophilism I. V. Kireyevsky are analyzed.
