Russian paradigm of philosophic and legal conception and ethnic and regional community in Russia

Russian philosophic and legal conception which has been formulated in the history of domestic philosophy in the works of liberal philosophers is considered in the article. In the context of the problem of the formation of conception for the development of Russian society in general and regions in particular modern interpretation of moral principles, ideals, social and moral values of the domestic conception is presented in the article.
