Russian rites and celebrations in the dialogue of cultures of peoples of the region

Elements of traditional culture of Russians residing in the Republic of Mordovia as well as their inter-influence with other peoples of the region as Mordva, Tatars, Ukrainians, etc., that leaves an imprint on different components of traditional culture (celebrations, ceremonies, food, etc.) are analysed in the article.
