Russians as state-nation: problems, details, results

Offered to the reader the article is rather a response to the outcome of the July 2016 forum of public associations of the Republic of Adygea, neighboring countries, the country's center, as well as representatives of scientists, politicians. The main issue was the recognition and giving the Russian people in Russia, his undisputed status as the state forming the community, who are building an alliance of nations and considered it his main task at many stages of development of Russian statehood. Participants of the forum based on their understanding of the problem, however, is based, naturally, on the terms and conclusions of the President of Russia VV article Putin, published by him in January 2012. According to the speakers, the federal authorities aimed to solve the problems the scope of national public policy, is not sufficient to decide whether, or simply do not show attention to him. Stage by stage carried out a kind of "zabaltyvanie" such a complex and fundamental issue, which is an alternative society, is not. It should be solved at all levels of government and society, and the position on the status of the Russian people, as a state-forming must be recorded in the Basic Law of the state - the Russian Federation Constitution. This article attempts to examine the understanding and perception of this problem in the multi-ethnic Russian community, its development, the first interim results. Named and the results of the forum in the Republic of Adygea, which indicates a high assessment of the role of the Russian people, which flows around the process of uniting the other peoples of Russia, including the peoples of the Caucasus. Attention is paid to the role and place of such spheres of life as a community of nations in economic development, in the dialogue of cultures, the estimation of the value of the measures carried out in the first place to consolidate the country's people, their progressive development. Sounds also call for the active work of ethnic communities joining efforts in solving disputes, to create conditions for easy sharing peoples' and their spiritual development.
