Economic integration of the Russian emigration in the world economic system went in different directions. The export of capital - both public and private - from Russia after the 1917 during the Civil war was massive. Especially great damage to the country caused the removal of the state capital of Russian Empire. These funds 1920-1930-ies during multi-stage shenanigans were privatized and integrated into the European economy.
