Russian world as political reality

Despite strong occurrence of a concept "The Russian world" in political reality, reliability of this situation will twitch to doubt. However, in fact, it not so. Methods of general scientific character as comparison, generalization, the analysis, synthesis, etc. became a basis of a research. Results of a research is the thesis that the Russian world is political reality on the basis of the special Russian culture and existence of the relevant political institutes.
