The main feature of the Khlebnikov’s artistic consciousness is his appearance to the Russian national-historical time and national space. But the national at Khlebnikov expands around the globe and includes the Roman Catholicism and Protestantism, Orthodoxy and paganism, Buddhism and Islam in the spiritual space. In this case, Polish culture is perceived by V. Khlebnikov as something very near and dear, so he includes Poland in his epic world, which has become one of the myths that allowed him assert Russian national idea of unity at various structural levels. Velimir Khlebnikov gives the word the Poles with their idea of freedom and independence promoting understanding among the peoples and the overcoming of accumulated historical time hurts and misunderstandings.
