The article provides a description and characteristics of the media (newspapers and magazines), that were published in the Northeast China in 1920s-1930s and on which pages the teachers’ research papers of the Russian Faculty of Law in Harbin were published. The main place was taken by “The News of Law Department”, “The Russian Review”, “The Manchuria Bulletin”, “The Bulletin of Asia” and a number of students’ newspapers. A brief description of the periodicals, their substantial part and also depositories known to the author are submitted.
