The present study examines the organization of the Day of the Russian Disabled People in Czechoslovakia in the 1920s. There are outlined the reasons for holding the Day of the Russian Disabled People, its main goals and the procedure for holding this event (cultural program). The author analyzes the attitude of the government of Czechoslovakia to the Day of the Russian Disabled People. Thus, it is established that the government of the country supported of the organizing committee in the preparation of the holiday program. The study provides the distinctive features of the Day of the Russian Disabled People in Czechoslovakia compared to the events held by other recipient countries. It is noted that the event had a great response both among the emigrants themselves and among the local population. In general, the Day of the Russian Disabled People was very important for emigrants until the beginning of World War II. When working on the article, the author used the archival materials from the so-called Prague Archive, which are kept in the State Archive of the Russian Federation (SARF).
