Proposed lever, the actuator reciprocating motion, which can be used as the the engine of vehicle. The device comprises two transfer linkages, each consisting of connecting rod, crank two spatially crossed at the angle of the axes of the hinges and unbalanced loads attached to shafts of the driven cranks. Due to the structural arrangement of the axles of the hinge links, the slave crank with eccentric masses are unequal counter rotating within one revolution. The result is an inertial force, a large maximum angular velocity than at a lower speed, and propelling the vehicle. The magnitude of the force can be controlled linear and angular parameters of the links, the speed and mass of the eccentric weight.
