Labour markets of industrially developed countries in conditions of globalization

In the article the problems of transformation of labour markets of industrially developed countries in the conditions of globalisation are analysed. It is proved, that the basic way of reduction of the rate of unemployment is the creation of as much as possible flexible labour market, which is capable to react quickly enough to change of the developed conjuncture. Thus it is necessary to give the greatest attention to creation of workplaces with a partial employment, to introduction of contracts on hiring for the fixed term and to simplification of procedure of dismissals.
