Аbstract. This article discusses the securities market as a market for services related to the issuance and circulation of securities. The meaning of the content of services in the securities market due to the properties and quality of securities. In addition, attention is paid to services. Particular attention is paid to services resulting from the characteristics of uncertificated securities, as well as the rationale for the content of the RCB services based on consideration of the characteristics of a security, its properties as a special product.
