Folio market: development prospects

The article describes such a product as a folio that is no longer new, but still is not very popular in the Russian economy. The author considers advantages and shortcomings of this investment form, and discusses development prospects and possibilities of the folio at the Russian market. The list of legislative, information and economic measures, which can support development of the folio market in Russia, is suggested.
