Loan market at the current stage: the structure and principles of functioning

The article provides analysis of the market loan capital as the main source of financing for development of the private sector. We present structure of the market loan capital, as well as from the point of view of institutional separation, and from the point of view of the division into segments with subsequent analysis of the relationship between them. The analysis reveals the principles of loan capital market functioning.
