The dynamics of venture investments in the Russian Federation for 2014-2017 is analyzed. The author examines of the venture investments structure in the stages of financing innovative projects, sources of capital of venture funds. Based on the results of the research, the author suggests a set of measures to develop the Russian venture investment market. The author pays special attention to stimulating the activity of venture funds at the seed and initial stages of innovative projects, optimizing the sectoral structure of venture investments.
