The article examines the biography and contribution to the development of criminalistics of forensic scientists G.Yu. Manns, B.M. Shaver and V.I. Shikanov immediately were ones of the originators of forensic science development. Scientists, criminologists G. Manns, B.М. Shaver and V.I.
