The author sets out its views on the existing problems in the definition of the legal regime of the garden, garden and dacha land plots. Particular attention to the comparison of different approaches envisaged at the present time the Russian Federation. As a result of the analysis of the study reveals the legal contradictions, and offers solutions to address them.
