Disorders include disorders of self-preservation of two relatively independent instincts: survival instinct and instinct of preserving the integrity of the body. Manifestations desire body modification is largely dependent on the socially accepted norms, which vary according to the laws of fashion (evolution). Modifications are in conformity with the norms of the society manifestations modifications are not pathological.
