Independent legal regulation of the rights of a child and a parent who live separately

The article is devoted to the problem of implementing the rights of a child and a parent living separately from each other. The purpose of the article is to analyze the norms of international law and the legislation of the Russian Federation regulating relations between parents and children. The article analyzes the law enforcement practice and offers suggestions for improving the current legislation.
