Self-government and economic of Kuban villages in the end of 18th -beginning of 20th centuries

The article considers the features of social and economic life of the Cossack villages in Kuban region in the end of 18th -beginning of 20th centuries. The author characterizes the ways the villagers earned the living and the basic items of their expenditure, as well as their involvement in general economic processes. Also the main transformation trends and principles, their dependence upon economic in the state are described.
