Sanctions measures: asset freeze

The scale of the freezing of Russian assets by the West has no precedent in history, and their total value in theory can reach half of the country's GDP. This article discusses the sanctions measures taken by foreign countries against the Russian Federation, in particular, the freezing of the assets of the Bank of Russia and the accounts of large businessmen. According to the author, the return of the blocked funds in the near future is unlikely.
