The article discusses the essence of the concept of a balanced scorecard system. The main purpose of the system is to ensure the collection, systematization and analysis of information used to make strategic management decisions for the subsequent implementation of the results in the company's activities. In addition, the content of the main perspectives (finance, clients, internal business process, training and development) that make up the core of the balanced scorecard system is disclosed.
