Balanced scorecard in strategic management by a transport company

The article considers the application of a balanced scorecard as a company monitoring, the advantages and disadvantages of the BSC, its application in Russia. The balanced scorecard is a tool that allows to combine the company's strategy and operational work. The BSC provides an opportunity to make objective decisions in the field of distribution and use of company resources. Also, the article discusses the application of the BSC in four projections in the activities of a transport company.
