Balanced budgets of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation, the way to achieve it

In this article we consider the importance of balancing the budgetary system to maintain the stability of the budget of the Russian Federation devices and in particular of the budget system. From the stability of the budget system, as part of the budgetary system depends on the quality of economic growth and welfare of the population. Thesis has been put in this article that the majority of innovation in the framework of the reform of the budgetary system associated with the task of balancing the Russian budgetary system. The result has been found between the task of balancing the budgetary system of the Russian Federation and innovations in the implementation of the reform of the budgetary system.
