Balance of the processes of globalization and localization in the field of development of technological innovations

The article analyzes the processes of globalization and localization of research and development (R&D). The purpose of the study is to characterize the contradictory trends in the organization of R&D in modern conditions. Particular attention is paid to the study of the forms of resolving contradictions in the internationalization of scientific activity in the modern Russian economy. The necessity of expanding the interaction of Russian companies with participants in scientific research in friendly states is substantiated, which will strengthen the technological sovereignty of the state and ensure the competitiveness of its business entities at the same time.
