The scenario approach to the valuation of the rights of claim

The article considers the modern methodology for assessing the rights of claims. The main drawback of all methods is noted - they consider the only way to pay off the debt, for which the financial result is calculated. Four main ways of debt repayment are analyzed (within the terms established by the contract, in the order of filing a claim, in the process of filing a claim in court, during the bankruptcy procedure). The author suggests an approach to assessing the rights of claim, according to which a multi-variant method of debt collection is possible.
